GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Deadline for abstract submission: 31 May 2023
- Original and recent research work.
- An abstract in English (Word format, Arial 11 cpi letters, fully justified) of 300-350 that must include a clear methodology and results (without references).
- List of authors that must be specified with affiliations and e-mails.
- Five keywords.
- The presenter’s name should be underlined.
- The title should be short and concise (maximum 15 words).
- The registration fee covers a maximum of two presentations.
- Abstracts must be submitted via the following link: https://shorturl.at/jlmFN
- Abstracts that do not follow the instructions for authors will be automatically rejected.
- No changes will be allowed after the abstract submission, except for reviewer remarks.
- Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted.
ACCOMODATIONS

- Full board package for 2 nights: 405 TDN per person in a double/triple room (Check-in 15 September morning, check-out 17 September afternoon) + lunch (17 September)

- 03 lunches + 2 dinners, 02 coffee breaks (afternoon)
- Single room supplement: 60 TDN/day

< 4 years old: free of charge (staying in parents' room)
